New leads have a limited claim window, shown live on every card — typically 10 minutes. If no attorney claims a lead inside that window it is handled outside the marketplace. Claimed leads always stay exclusive to the buyer.

What if the lead's information turns out to be wrong?
Submit a replacement request from your portal in two clicks. If the claimant's form answers do not match reality — they are already represented, already receiving benefits, or the answers do not line up — we replace the lead.
